If you are certain that you have the valve open on the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting in kit # 103615 and that your 100-lb tank has enough propane to deliver sufficient gas pressure then I would check the connections on the travel trailer. It looks like you already have an E2 weight distribution system. The part # EQ95-01-5600 would be the exact same thing as what you have since Equalizer makes the E2 kits. This bracket wouldn't offer anything different than what you have.
What you have found is one of the drawbacks to the Equalizer setups. If you had a Reese kit you could use bolt on brackets that wouldn't interfere with propane tanks at all. For that you would want the part # RP58305.

Most of the more recent Atwood water heaters as well as other manufacturers us a plastic tank. The plastic tanks don't need the anode rod to keep the tank from corrosion.

Start off by checking your pigtail. If you change your switch so that it is turned towards the side that isn't working and then swap your pigtails as well this will tell you if you need to simply replace a pigtail or if your have a bad regulator.

The tried and true method is to apply soapy water to the outside of fittings. If you see bubbles appear then that is the location of a leak.

They stated that while they have in the past had a few that fit tightly at first, they have not had any feedback of them not opening or the keys breaking off. Typically most 2-stage regulators like the # CAM59323 will have a 1/4" NPT inlet connection which would allow you to connect a POL fitting like # 37207-30085 to connect to the inner threads of the 20lb tank. If this is what you have and you're still having issues with the threads not gripping it could be that the threads on either the tank or the fitting are stripped. It's very possible that the thermocouple could have gone bad, which is a fairly common cause for a water heater not to light. We do have a few replacement thermocouples available, such as the 18-inch # CAM09273, which are all universal-fit items.
I also recommend checking to make sure there are no loose connections anywhere and that everything is securely attached.

The EC code as you know means the Fogatti Tankless Water Heater # LSB64FR tried to start the pilot light and was unable to due to low gas pressure. The unit needs an 11" WC, water column, to operate.
I suggest getting a licensed tech to check and see if you are getting a true 11 inch WC at the unit. If you are not, it will be an issue with your propane. Probably the regulator or low tanks.

In order for them to give it a 4,200 lb capacity rating, the weakest component on the trailer has to be able to withstand that capacity so you most likely have a 4,200 lb axle. We do have the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00 which will allow you to raise your trailer by the axle diameter plus the leaf spring stack. That will gain you the wheel well clearance.
